Be A Player! will host a Free Sports Physicals and ECG Screening event at Jones High School on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event is open to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade who need a sports physical and heart screening for participation in school athletics. Families are encouraged to attend early and take advantage of this important, no-cost opportunity to help ensure students are healthy and ready for the upcoming athletic season.

Principal’s Message

Dear Water Spring Elementary Families, Teachers, and Staff,

As we look back on the incredible journey of this school year, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

This year brought its share of transitions, shifts, and adjustments. Change is never easy, but the true measure of a community is how it responds to those challenges. You responded with grace, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to our students. Because our dedicated staff, passionate teachers, and supportive parents chose to stay, adapt, and pour their hearts into Water Spring, we didn't just navigate the changes—we soared through them.

Today, I am absolutely thrilled to share the ultimate reward for your hard work: Water Spring Elementary is projected to achieve an "A" rating for the school year!

This incredible milestone is a direct reflection of the countless hours of diligent work from our teachers, the focused efforts of our brilliant students, and the constant encouragement from our families at home. An "A" rating isn't just a letter grade; it is proof of what happens when a community unifies around the success of its children.

We are so incredibly proud of this achievement, but we aren't stopping here. Water Spring is only growing stronger, more connected, and more vibrant.

While we hope you take the summer to rest, recharge, and celebrate this victory with your families, our team will be working hard behind the scenes. Stay tuned over the summer months for updates as we get our campus and curriculum ready for another deeply successful year ahead.
