Be A Player! will host a Free Sports Physicals and ECG Screening event at Jones High School on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event is open to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade who need a sports physical and heart screening for participation in school athletics. Families are encouraged to attend early and take advantage of this important, no-cost opportunity to help ensure students are healthy and ready for the upcoming athletic season.

Welcome to Water Spring Elementary School—the proud Home of the Otters!

At WSE, our mission goes far beyond traditional schooling. Our core vision is to empower our students to become the greatest version of themselves, both inside and outside of the classroom.

We believe that every child possesses unique talents and limitless potential, and we are dedicated to providing a well-rounded, dynamic educational experience to nurture those gifts. This commitment begins with our focus on academic excellence, where our talented educators utilize innovative, engaging teaching methods to inspire a lifelong love of learning and critical thinking. Beyond the core subjects, we joyfully celebrate creativity through our robust visual and performing arts programs, which allow students to explore their passions, build confidence, and express themselves creatively. Finally, our diverse after-school extra-curricular activities—ranging from sports to specialized clubs—offer students invaluable opportunities to collaborate, develop leadership skills, and discover new interests outside the traditional school day. interests.
